You are kindly requested to review and read them carefully given their importance, as they regulate and govern the use of the Application and all content, products, and services made available through or provided via it, unless any such products or services are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, in which case those specific terms shall apply to the extent that they do not conflict with these Terms and Conditions.

(a) The owner or operator of the Application makes no representation or warranty that the Application or any of its content or services is appropriate or available for use outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Access to the Application from any other country shall be at the User's sole risk, and the User shall be obligated to comply with all laws, statutes, and regulations in force in the country from which they use the Application. Use of the Application is prohibited in any country where such use would be in violation of applicable laws.
(b) The owner or operator of the Application reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend, terminate, withdraw, or modify the Application or any of its services or content, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, where required by operational, security, or regulatory necessity, or for any other legitimate reason, including, by way of example and not limitation, any breach of these Terms and Conditions, violation of any policies, instructions, or guidelines issued by the owner or operator of the Application, any attempt to modify or tamper with the content without authorization, or any attempt to access any content or service without satisfying the applicable requirements or by circumventing the security measures or procedures applied to the Application or any of its services or content.

(d) The User undertakes not to engage in any act that would disrupt the Website or Application, affect its performance, security, or integrity, damage or obstruct it, or impair the ability of other users to benefit from it.
(e) The User undertakes not to use any software, tools, devices, technical means, automated data-extraction (scraping) methods, or other means to access or use the Website or Application in an unauthorized manner or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
(f) The User undertakes not to introduce, publish, transmit, or upload any viruses, malware, harmful code, or any materials or means that may affect the security, integrity, performance, or data of the Application or the data of its users.
(g) The User undertakes not to use the Website or Application for any unlawful purposes or for any political activities, or to publish, support, or promote any content that violates the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or that prejudices security, public order, or public morals.
(a) All intellectual property rights relating to the Application, including, by way of example and not limitation, trade names, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, interfaces, graphics, images, texts, software, databases, content, the manner of presentation and arrangement, and all other materials or elements made available through the Website or Application, shall belong to the owner or operator of the Application or its licensors, and shall be protected under the applicable laws and treaties relating to intellectual property rights. No provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as granting the User any right or license, whether express or implied, to use any of such rights, except to the extent necessary to use the Website or Application in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

(a) These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them or to the use of the Application or the services provided through it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
(b) The competent courts and judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or to the use of the Application or the services provided through it.
(c) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, pursuant to a judgment or decision issued by a judicial or competent authority, such determination shall not affect the validity, effectiveness, or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain valid, effective, and binding to the extent not inconsistent with such judgment or decision. The void or unenforceable provision shall be construed to the extent necessary to give effect to its intended purpose and in a manner consistent with the applicable laws, wherever possible.
The User undertakes to use the Application in a lawful and responsible manner, in compliance with the laws, regulations, and instructions in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and not to use the Application for any purpose that violates applicable laws, public order, or public morals, or that causes harm to the Application, its owner or operator, its users, or any third party.
The User is prohibited from using the Application or any of its services for any of the following purposes:
The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and not to share them with any other party. The User shall bear responsibility for all activities carried out through their account, and shall immediately notify the owner or operator of the Application upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their account or credentials.
The User is prohibited from taking any action that would harm the technical infrastructure of the Application or affect its availability or performance, including attempting to disable servers, circumvent security measures, or conduct penetration testing or system scanning without obtaining the prior consent of the owner or operator of the Application.
